Process

Pressure Washing

Our pressure washing can quickly respire new life into your home. We use specially formulated solutions to completely clean and rejuvenate the exterior of your home and help to remove dirt and grit, mold, mildew, insects, spiders, tree sap, and more. It can also remove discoloration due to industrial pollution and automotive exhaust, acid rain, chimney soot and even smoke from your BBQ. These all take their toll on your home over time. If not removed periodically, they can destroy the beauty and drastically reduce the value of your property.

Preparation

Pressure Washing

Our pressure washing service will be provided in preparation for your paint job. Having a clean surface allows paint to adhere properly, adding length to the life of your paint job.

Scraping

While the process of scraping the painting surface is most important on a wooden surface, it is often necessary on other surfaces as well. Scraping allows us to remove anything that pressure washing may miss like cracking or peeling paint.

Sanding

After the surface is properly scraped, any bare wood or rough surfaces must be sanded smooth. The sanded surface allows the primer to adhere more successfully, thus leading to more durability. We preform whats is called a feathersand which is by hand, so as not to damage your home.
